I think you may be conflating Amazon Instant Video and Amazon Instant Video Prime. Prime is a subset of Instant Video that is available free to Amazon Prime members. The way it usually works with TV shows, but definitely not always, is for the most recent season to come to Instant Video after the last episode airs. Then it move to Prime when the next season comes to Instant Video. Some shows don’t make it it Prime at all, and other make it per episode, the day after it airs.
I’m not even sure Agents of Shield season 5 is in production yet. At the current time seasons 1-3 is available on Amazon Instant Video, but is not included with Prime. Season 4 is set to air on TV this month. So I think it most likely the *S4* is coming to *Instant* Video, not Prime. It would be nice if they switched it up, moving it Prime and making S4 episode available on Prime the day after they air, but given Marvel’s ties to Netflix, i think it is very unlikely. Either way, S5 is still at least a year away, maybe two.

Yep, the Agents season was a typo. Thanks for catching!

Can you tell us what new 4K content they will have?

If I can find that info somewhere, I’ll add it. In general, the vast majority of new original content being created by Netflix & Amazon is available in 4K.
