What if The Avengers were Star Wars Stormtroopers?

Developed by artists Jon Bolerjack and JJ Kirby, the duo created a series of illustrations that places five characters from Marvel’s Avengers in the Star Wars universe. Working with the Empire to battle Republic scum, the characters have been placed in armor designs styled after the classic Stormtrooper. Avengers featured in the redesigns include the Hulk, Iron Man, Captain America, Thor and Hawkeye.

In addition to The Avengers series, you should also check out Bolerjack’s DeviantArt page to view head-shot illustrations of other Marvel and DC characters in Stormtrooper garb. Some of his other illustrations include Batman Beyond, Apocalypse, Archangel, Spider-Man, Deadpool, Punisher, Wolverine, Venom and Green Goblin. Bolerjack’s gallery also includes some illustrations related to video game series such as Metroid and Halo.
