By on February 20, 2018

As a new Amazon Prime perk, the retail giant has just added a new cashback bonus to the Amazon Visa Rewards card. As of today, Amazon Prime members will receive 5% back from purchases made at Whole Foods. Previously, Amazon only offered 5% cashback from purchases made on

This particular card does not have an annual fee and comes with a $70 Amazon gift card sign-up bonus if you are a new customer. If you aren’t an Amazon Prime customer, you can still take advantage of a smaller reward. Non-Prime customers receive 3% back from purchases made on or Whole Foods.

Other perks on the card (identical to both Prime & Non-Prime customers) include 2% back at restaurants, gas stations and drugstores as well as 1% back on all other purchases.

Amazon also has their own store card that offers an identical 5% back on Amazon purchases in the form of store credit, not cashback. The other difference is the card offers financing options for specific purchases. It also has a bonus for signing up, but it’s only a $40 gift card in comparison to the $70 gift card offered by the Visa card.

You can find all credit card offers here, many of which come with an Amazon gift card bonus.
