Twelve Iconic Movie Vehicles Created Using Polygon Art

By on July 7, 2013

Developed by artist Josh Lane, this collection of illustrations takes images of famous movie vehicles like the Turtle Van from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and creates the iconic designs with tons of polygons. Other vehicles depicted within this series include  Jurassic Park’s jungle explorer SUV, a Tron light cycle, the Batmobile, Futurama’s Planet Express ship, the U.S.S. Enterprise, the Ecto-1 from Ghostbusters, the Millennium Falcon, Firefly’s Serenity, Doctor Who’s Tardis, Doc Brown’s DeLorean and Optimus Prime.

Besides the killer illustrations of the iconic rides, Lane also creates other art related to pop culture entertainment such as Star Wars, Breaking Bad, Robocop, Star Trek, The Terminator, Super Mario Brothers, The Avengers, Mad Men, Parks and Recreation, The Power Rangers and many other topics.
