I love buying through them as they have the best payment plans for large appliances and great to buy during the holidays since they price match till Christmas.
Best Buy doesn't have the best prices, but since they price match , , Frys, Tiger Direct, and other local retailers, it's great. I'll research on on what I'm looking for and try to find the best price between all these sites that Best Buy price matches with. That way I can actually go in and look at what I want to purchase and just have them match it. And sometimes Best Buy has better or same prices than when it's on sale. So either way I win. :).
If there's a problem, then you just buy it from those other sites. Not sure why people have so much vitriol towards BB. You just gotta learn how to get the best deals. For example, I usually buy house products at Costco, but i'll switch to if they have better deals (plus more variety and if I don't need 50). But recently I discovered , when they have their sales (which I find here in Ben's Bargains), if the prices are better than the other two and they'll include free gift card. Woohoo! So what i'm saying is just because you may have had 1 bad experience, don't let it detract you from researching and getting the best deal. :).
