I like having a Best Buy within a mile of my house, but it seems like every time I order online and pick up at the store it's mass confusion. They'll notify me that the order is ready to pick up, but when I arrive I have to wait 15 minutes while they scramble to find the order.
announced a laptop trade in program about some credit towards Samsung/sony product if you trade in an old laptop.. so I showed up next day with my sony vaio laptop. they said they stopped accepting the trade ins because of overwhelming demand and offered $25 for my i5 lapgop.
