the best gift I have ever gotten...might sound silly, but it was spending the holiday with my then girlfriends family for the first time.

The best present I’ve ever given (it’s this year’s present… currently under the tree) is make sweaters to each of my family members with my grandpa’s letter to my grandma in the 1950s. There was a drawing of a flower that my grandpa did with the words in Tagalog (Filipino language) “Para Na Saiyo”- means For You. This sweater is significant because my grandma had passed away early this year.

My best gift ever was while I was deployed in the military to Saudi Arabia. My mom had a cancer scare just as I deployed and we found out she was clear of the disease the week of Christmas.
