Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords

Following up on the success of KOTOR, Obsidian Entertainment picked up where Bioware left off to release the second greatest single player story in the Star Wars universe. This adventure brings more attention to the gray area between the light and dark sides of the Force. Interestingly, the PC version was updated during July 2015 with 4K resolution support as well as support for gaming controllers. (MSRP: $10)

LEGO Star Wars: Complete Saga

Not to be missed, this treatment of the first six Star Wars films is absolutely fantastic. While definitely geared at younger players, there are plenty of jokes in the game that will make adults laugh as well. While it originally came out for the previous generation of consoles (Xbox 360, PS3, Wii), you can also find it on the PC as well as mobile platforms like iOS or Android smartphones or the Nintendo DS. Star Wars: The Old Republic is a MMORPG, a free-to-play RPG that offers significant bonuses when you subscribe. For instance, Nike’s “Just Do It” slogan has been altered to “Do Or Do Not” and the famous Nike swoosh has been modified to look like a fast moving, green lightsaber.

Other brand logos modified within the collection include Burger King, Reebok, Adidas, Pizza Hut, Puma, Visa, Coca-Cola, Mastercard and Atari. Popular Brands Combined with Star Wars Characters, Factions

Created by animator / illustrator Ralph Sevelius of Atlanta, Georgia, this series of illustrations combines a handful of Disney princesses with types of characters in the Star Wars universe. Princesses included within the series so far  are Mulan, Ariel from The Little Mermaid, Jasmine from Aladdin, Rapunzel and Snow White. Sevelius seems to be continuing the release of the series slowly throughout  2013.

What if Disney Princesses were Jedi, Bounty Hunters in Star Wars?

May the Fourth might have come and gone, but the Star Wars love doesn’t have to end. Thanks to the animators at 1A4 Studio, you can show the original movie to anyone with a free 60 seconds — that should leave you with plenty of time to explain why the first film is called Episode IV: A New Hope and not simply, Star Wars.

Entitled Speedrun (#3), THE saga can begin and grow warm with all of the simplicity of a black and white minute. It’s almost like getting right to the Jedi core.  No mind tricks, no midichlorians, no Dagobah, no dark side, no robes… only lightsabers.
