^ Those with older CPU's that still looking to hold to 1080p, you need not look for anything more than a RX 570 4Gb that have been around $150. If this had been the full 1024SP RX 560 part even then they're really just entry 1080p. While yes any serious gamer holding out on 1080p is looking at minimum the RX 580 8Gb sometime getting in a $230 price.
These days I'm more concerned with video decoding/filtering, good shader performance upsampling to 4k and of course having at least one HDMI2. Full sized, not mHDMI... too fragile IMO.
