Further down the page, shows two pairs, one with the wrist closure, and the other with the palm patch... so "maybe" you will get two pairs for $13.
HOWEVER, I've tried to take advantage of Amazon bundles (on other items) previously and often what happens is they only ship the one item, not the bundle, SO, it might benefit you to take a screenshot of this bundle page showing both items, then if you don't receive both, you can upload the screenshot to an image hosting site like imgur, link to present it to an Amazon CSR over a chat to get some kind of discount like potentially half off.
