Yea, was thinking of like a 256Gb stick of something like this to migrate my boost disk (older 128Gb AData SSD) to that Crucial you show. Although seeing NVMe are not that much more like this Samsung SM961 256GB (NVMe) for $40. Is there that much of difference?
Or there's others like Corsair MP300, Mushkin Helix, or there a Patriot SCORCH for $33. To be honest I like those that have something more than a white printed sticker. It sits out proud on your mobo and looks like a sore thumb. I have a Asus Prime B350M and the connector is to the right, so depending on how the label is stuck on it could read upside down. All the LED lights a pretty/cool junk they push and this is I have to weigh... a upside-down white sticker.
If you're able to use NVMe, go for that if you can. There are still brand new laptops out there that can only take SATA based m.2 drives (the Dell Inspiron 13 7375 is an example), so I'd say these deals are more suited for those use cases.

Alternatively, the Crucial MX500 M.2 2280 250GB SATA III CT250MX500SSD4 is currently available at $33.99 using the code of MAYSSD22 in the cart.
