Maybe these are one of the ones I returned because the ARC (Audio Return Channel) didn't work. Vizio played dumb about the problem and wasted several hours of my time trying to diagnose it. I returned the set to the store and bought another with the exact problem. The matched Vizio soundbar wouldn't communicate with the TV through HDMI or Toslink. They finally sent out an older motherboard for my second new TV that solved the issue while never acknowledging they had a problem. Firmware upgrades were not the answer, they obviously had a hardware problem they weren't admitting. As long as a person doesn't try using this feature, they would never know it is defective unit.
