It is $7.48 in my area (SE Michigan). If it works on AAA batteries only, then it's no good for me. I have the UltraFire 1032. It uses either 3AAA batteries, or one 18650 battery. I use the Li-ion 18650, 6000 mAh. They last forever (months of average use) before needing a recharge, and they are powerful.
^ Are you aware that there is no such thing as a 6000mAH 18650 cell? Any seller who claims that is just fraudulently overstating the capacity of what is probably closer to 2000mAh to 2500mAh.
Last I checked the best high capacity 18650 cells on the market from major brands, still hadn't gotten beyond 3600mAh.
