I paid $1.68 thinking it was for shipping from 3 to 7 days. Turned out the charge was for processing in 3 to 7 days and shipping time is unknown. But I was lucky, I no insurance but still received the thing.
The other thing ($15) has not arrived yet. But I agree, it's too slow and risky.

Correction: $82 now from B&H. I paid $77 a month ago.
