Meant to be more of a buyer beware rather than a rain on the proverbial parade: Not disputing that iMacs are good / great machines - I have an older one, and love the display but the intel iMacs are end of road - this model does run the latest and greatest mac OS but when that will stop only Apple knows. Then you have security updates for the current plus last twp OS. If you're a long tem owner type, it's what happens after that time and how soon it will come I would worry about - 3 years maybe?Just seems a bit of a steep price for a 3+ year old iMac - sure it is fast, has a nice display and all but it's a 3+ year old computer...My pet peeve with Apple on this was that they put together a really sharp system with an epic retina display but there is no HDMI in or display mode (also went away with M1) - repurposing an iMac into a monitor would have been so useful and so responsible, but nope....
