This is a scam. 18 of them are $35 at Sam's Club (used to be $22 last year) or $1.94 each. This scam costs $2.29 per battery.

Do yourself a favor; buy a small solar system or use your electrical power supplier(your house) and buy a set of MAHA PowerEx batteries for all the stuff you keep batteries in 24/7 and buy backup sets. the initial outlay will pay for itself within 6-12 months and you are good to go.
I have sets of these that are 10 yrs. old and still work like new.

AA-AAA NiMh batteries have low (1.2V) voltage, not all applications can handle it.

Li-Ion non-rechargeables **** in capacity.

Li-Ion rechargeables are still too expensive and low capacity.

So, were to go? Go 18650.

**** (meaning they are bad, since the word "s.u.c.k" is not welcome here) and post editing does not work

Heh. It does show up in quote, though. Dave, your good intentions still don't cover all our bases. :D
