Bought the 256GB, and returned it a few days later. Got insanely hot, and write speed would suffer on par with a fast USB 2 flash drive. Need a deal on a Samsung Fit 256GB.

It would be nice to have a temperature rating on flash drives. I have a few flash drives that are good, and a bunch that heat up disturbingly quick. It would be nice to know before buying them.
