Samsung makes impressive equipment, but they push their batteries too far. Normal Li-Ion cells are supposed to be charged up to 4.2V and then terminate charging to avoid damaging the cell. Samsung pushes their charging to 4.3V, which degrades the battery and can even result in fires! They've had a few high profile recalls due to such fires, but I bet far more of their product lines are at risk yet haven't been recalled. My brother's Samsung cell phone for example keeps bulging out due his battery puffing up. He even bought a replacement and that too started bulging out fairly soon.
That aside, I still wouldn't get this because it doesn't have 4G LTE. What's the point of having a mobile computer without having a mobile data connection?

I'm with you on the LTE front. I prefer a tablet with a cellular radio. Even if I don't use it all of the time, I know that I could always add it to my cell plan. Cheers!
