It's not a bad price for what you get, but it only comes with 1 x 1.5Ah battery. They still have the 2x pack of 4Ah for $79:

that's a good deal too, 99 and free tool is slightly better, this deal has the slightly better charger PCG002. The smaller of the bunch is the P118B , but they all have a place in the Ryobi family... ;-)
