This is by far my favorite Ryobi fan, and probably my favorite fan ever. It doesn't move a ton of air, but that means it runs forever on a battery, and it's really easy to position it right where you need it so the limited output still accomplishes a lot.
$20 is a fair price. I think most of the other fans are overpriced, but that probably just reflects their shipping cost since they're physically larger. This is quite compact.
