Religious zealots don't get offended (I know. I am one.) Non-religious people don't get offended (They don't care.) It only offends those who *think* that the religious zealots and non-religious people are offended. Anyway, back to the Udemy post --it seems like you can use the coupon code on other courses, but you can only use it once.
