32 gigs of ram...specs look great. The name sounds like a knockoff.

Research reviews for this brand. There's evidence they market one thing and ship lesser specs to the end user. No bueno

Here's the bottom line from the review:
Unfortunately, no amount of cost savings can make up for
    Walmart
’s inexperience with PC gaming hardware.

Also keep in mind the review was written for the original $1300 price tag. Still, there's an Acer predator posted on Ben's recently that might be a better deal. Similar specs but half the RAM, no HDD, manu-refurb (90 day warranty) and smaller screen. It's also $180 cheaper, so that might cover some of the upgrades needed to make it on par with this one.

doesnt make it. It's the same as an Eluktronics or several other brands. And you can't easily upgrade the screen to a 144hz. At this price point nothing can touch this even with its known issues.

My laptop receives friday. The building is TongFang, a lot other bizs use their one names. TongFang started 1997. If OverPowered close, parts will still be there. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tsinghua_Tongfang
