Discovery is pretty good. Picard was good as well. However I can get these from other sources.

Discovery is a cluster mess. Picard was OK, the memberberries carried it, but Discovery / Burnham show is terrible almost as bad as SW Ep8-9

Lots of people want this show to be a traditional Star Trek series where every story line is cannon and is concluded in 1 or 2 episodes. It's not. It's something totally different and if you watch it without those expectations its a decent story.
