Maybe I'm splitting hairs but this is not a poached egg, it's a dry-cooked microwave egg. Technically, it's actually a STEAMED egg as what the microwave is doing is evaporating the water in the egg, which cooks it.
A poached egg by definition is one that is immersed in water (out of the shell of course) and cooked by the ambient heat of the water, which is not the same thing as steaming an egg.
