I received a used, broken one. When i requested the return, Macys sent a truck to pick it up. Because it is a furniture, Macys wanted to send an inspector but i convinced them it’s not worth it. The pickup guys could not believe they were sent out to pickup a box that i could lift up with one hand. It’s fun.
