I've never used that, wonder what's different about it... maybe a plastic filler instead of metal? I don't use epoxy when I need to tap threads so it might even be better for the types of uses I'd have for it.
Edit: No they state it has steel in it too, same tensile strength and cure time, only difference they list is applications including underwater and materials with a smoother surface so possibly the viscosity is lower for better bonding to smooth surfaces, but then worse if the piece can't be kept horizontal till it sets, so it doesn't run off the applied area?
