    Why does this **** keeps coming up!?!? This is NOT UNLOCKED. This is at least the 5th time this false advertisement is ran!!! You will be locked in for an entire 12 months of continuous service with Simple Mobile!!!!!!!

    Great deal if all you want is a beefed up ipod touch. I bought one for my daughter to play music. Works like a charm and you never have to activate it.

    It is locked, but does work with Tmobile using R-sim. Not 100% functional though, I was able to send text and make phone calls, but had issues with MMS. I was able to send photo using iMessage.
