The reviews say this drive can be a little loud but if that doesn't bother you this could be a pretty good deal as they also say these are statistically fairly reliable which is important when you're storing this much data.
A good deal and a very reliable drive, but I still prefer the quieter and lower-heat WD Red NAS drives, especially when you're cramming a bunch of these in a case.
