Open box could also mean floor model. And the floor models are usually beat up pretty good. Curious what condition this open box model is in.

If my **** is going to be occupying a chair for many years, you're darn right I want it to be just right. Doesn't surprise me at all that these get returned.

I welcome the day when I can send a chair manufacturer a 3D rendering of my **** and they can send me a chair that matches.

Sadly, that day is not here yet.
