Thanks AgentK, so I called Tmobile and it does offer this to existing customers, but only if say you have 3 lines and you wanted to add a fourth. So an upgrade of lines is required. If you're just standing still with a family plan you don't get this.

I prefer to have reception, so I'll stick with Verizon...

I would work in the hospitality industry for 100% reception.

NOTE: It seems to say $25/line PLUS TAXES AND FEES. Doesn't seem to be all inclusive like the ONE plan.

To be clear you do need 4 to 6 lines but existing customers with 4 don't need to add. From their press release:
Existing customers who already have four lines (or want four lines) can also swap to this new offer.

Was gonna do the upgrade until I saw taxes and fees not included. that would put the line price over my current 30 a line price I pay now. considered the extra line to use over FiOS or broadband and cutting that monthly internet cost.

$5 extra for 5g? Does anyone know if older tmobile plan like simple choice plan has 5g automatically included. That could be a deal breaker for me seeing how 4 lines with 5g is 20 dollars more. so $120 + tax is probably like $140 which isn't cheaper than what I already get.

Edit: $5 extra if you get a new 5g phone. It's a decent plan but about the same as what I already have. Btw for people who are new the tax+fees are probably like at least 30 dollars. It's still a good deal for unlimited but you should know that going in.

yes....that makes sense. I am in the same boat. If we all get 5g phones the simple choice plan rules. However, in the short term you would save money

I'm on the T-Mobile ONE plan and I get 5G coverage, although it's not available near where I live, but I have had the 5G indicator a few times.

I think the $5 extra is if you want to upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy A71 5G phone on a monthly payment plan, not for 5G coverage if you already have a 5G capable phone.

If you have Simple Choice...DO NOT CONVERT....No international data.

Simple Choice is the best plan. Never give it up. Even if Tmobile offers you free phones to us to go to another plan. SC is the plan for kings and queens...

Your post was so tantalizing! I admit, I had a bit of frustration when I saw the *only* Visible plan was $40/mo all in - single line. But I saw your Ben's cred and so I kept digging....

Indeed - the Visibile Party plan with tiered pricing based on qty of lines. $35/mo @ 2 lines, $30/mo @ 3 lines and, VOILA!, $25/mo @ 4 lines. Link: https://www.visible.com/party-pay

Thanks RKLE! I assume your post means you're happy with the service. :O

Plus no international data plan...the heart of tmobile. Additional purchase for data...ELSEWHERE...

. Roaming: U.S. roaming and on-network data allotments differ: includes 200MB roaming. High-speed data is US only; in Canada/Mexico, unlimited at up to 128kbps; additional purchase required for data elsewhere. Calls from Simple Global countries, including over Wi-Fi, are $.25/min. (no charge for Wi-Fi calls to US, Mexico and Canada). Usage may be taxed in some countries. Service may be terminated or restricted for excessive roaming. Not for extended international use; you must reside in the U.S. and primary usage must occur on our U.S. network.

Visible may use Verizon towers, but does not have service everywhere Verizon does. I had a visible line for a while and it worked good in a big market, but took it to rural Oklahoma and it did not work at all. This rural city was not good for most carriers, however all the locals have Verizon since they have the best coverage. But even though Visible purportedly uses Verizon towers, they had no coverage in the rural city that had good Verizon coverage, so..... your mileage may vary.

If you look at the Tuesday T mobile deals and the value you give you need to consider that in your cost decision. I am getting from 25% to 50% off. Just this week the MLB deal would be 50% off my phone bill for the whole month in one week.
