I picked this up the last time for 50% off. It is very bright! It feels decently made. The on/off button is on the end so its a 2 handed action to turn on if you're holding it by the handle. Like the other 20 random flashlights I've purchased (because I have a minor problem), I haven't used this for any major length of time because I'm usually on my computer looking at deals on Ben's, so I have no idea how long the battery lasts. You need to unscrew the bottom cap to get to the charge port. There is also a USB port to charge your phone...which again...I haven't tested but it sounds cool.

Got this deal a couple of weeks back. Not much that brighter than a basic flashlight, def not 1000 lumens but none of these likely hit their inflated ratings. Beam had a small center area that was very bright, with a dimmer outer area which was most of the beam from a few feet away from the wall. So not a uniform beam. Not for me as I can't think of any use case other than long battery life and for power outage situation maybe. I ended up returning. Good deal if those things don't bother you and you have a need. I will stick with my smaller torches.
