^ It does have Delta-V charge termination so a fair deal for this price point. You can get far more featured chargers for 3X+ the price, but if you don't have a rush-recharge situation often (since it's kind of slow at 5 hrs) or Li-Ion to recharge, it would save some money to not pay for features you don't need, unless you also need to recharge an odd # of cells at a time, which this can't do... without some knowledge/hacks to get it done - odds are that if you just put a dummy cell (like a bolt cut down to the length of an AA or AA cell) in the place of the empty charge slot to make it a pair-circuit, it would then charge an odd # of cells like 1 or 3. YMMV, but generally Delta-V requires a constant current phase and having a dummy cell in series with an odd # will still result in same constant current and Delta-V detection.
