There are contradictions on the specs for this, in the description it reads holds objects 1" to 2. 25" (25 to 57mm) in diameter, but they state it's part # 20020 which also lists, and is pictured to show on the 20020 packaging, 2.5" to 9.5" diameter objects.

See the reviews, it is necessary to mount this in order to achieve near the 9.5" max capacity and difficult even then to stretch it that much.

A different model 10010 seems to be their 1"-2.25" size:
