Don't buy this until you have researched the installation cost. If you hire a professional to do it, you could be paying thousands of dollars just for the electrical part of the installation.
Is this something you can install yourself, or do you need an electrician, or do you need someone specially trained to install this kind of unit?
The electrical part of the installation is not trivial. This unit requires three 240V 40A circuit breakers installed in your electrical panel and the corresponding wiring/conduit going to the heater. Your existing panel might not have enough space for the extra breakers, and it might not have enough current capacity to power this 113A heater plus the rest of the house simultaneously.
