It is nice to see SB&D continuing the V20 line with tools like this (unlike my V60 leaf blower which now has scarce batteries, grrrrr!), but to me it seems high to pay $79 on sale for a homeowner grade cordless ratchet wrench.
Also right now, has some 4th of July promo with 10% off... at least I think that may be where this coupon comes from... so you can get it for $67 after the code (linked on the page) on . However I don't know about the warranty from random 3rd party sellers, and it seems to me that something like an impact ratchet with low torque values (no matter the brand), is likely to be pushed to its limits in regular use:
