Costco has it's pluses. It carries a great selection of quality brands and products. Now specifically for BF, I wouldn't know offhand, but many forget that big electronics, eye-care, contacts and other types of discounted services, they have some of the best pricing. Like Costco, BJ's has it's set of goodies, which competes very well with Costco and Sam's Club. Funny, you will definitely see fans for each wholesale club, although I know some who have memberships at all three.. go figure, lol! In the end, it all depends on your specific needs, but to be honest, I do like both of them.
