I had an older version maybe 2010 time. I went thru many washer and dryer cycles, and still worked. Now I don't know where it is RiP best thumb.

This is a pretty good buy. I would use it to hold onto digital backups of important paperwork. Then I'd place it in my firebox for safe keeping. Would help to check it periodically.
