Excellent deal. Too bad I need a more compact, one-burner, and, preferably, dual fuel stove. Plus, I hate that stiff pipe connection to the fuel bottle.
^ Not just saves $2, rather it's $2 lower than the lowest sale price tracked within the last 2+ years. Getting the cheapest price on something you want, is considered a deal to many people.
If you feel a different stove that goes on sale for $40 (often enough to wait for) is a better value, this topic would be a great place to post a link to it! :P
^ Coleman doesn't seem to think the Classic model you linked is a better model. It specs as 2,000 BTU lower, and on Coleman's site they want $80 for this Triton but only $60 for the Classic.
If anything, since they are pretty close to the same size and BTUs, I'd think the Triton is just the newer model set to replace the Classic.
does claim the Triton has a lower shipping weight at 10.2lb instead of the 11lb of the Classic, which "if" I trusted the accuracy of their specs, might assume that meant the Classic uses thicker sheetmetal, but I have found too many inconsistencies in 's shipping weight estimates in the past to trust them.

The better models routinely hit the $40 price point, and this "deal" says you save all of $2

Thank you!
