22 grams of protein in a 47 gram serving is 48 percent protein. I think milk has more protein in each serving than that? this is just milkshake powder.
^ ?? A cup of milk has around 9g protein. If you want to consider this largely concentrated milk that doesn't spoil in weeks... up to you. Protein has to come from somewhere.
to be fair 10 pounds of protein concentrate on is 75 percent protein per serving and that's the same price as this. don't call it protein if half of it isn't. just saying...
Metabolizing protein is part of a balanced mix of carbs and fat. Consider this more of a meal then a simple protein stack. It works good in this sense.
