I bought a half dozen of these on sale from Lowes on clearance for the same price a few weeks ago. I'm going to install them in two kitchens that I'm remodeling. I'm hoping that they'll work on a switched outlet, but I"m not sure because of the motion sensor. It doesn't appear that there's a way to bypass the motion sensor (just the auto-off timer). Other than that the lights look great and the wall-wart isn't too ugly. The brightness adjustment is a little odd, but it's simple.
Plus they come with a ton of installation stuff that will work much better than other under counter lighting I've used. Clips are metal. Extension wires are included.
Also note that per instructions you can only have five lights on a single outlet. So if you buy two kits (six lights) you'll have one leftover.
