I've had a Candy House Sesame https://candyhouse.co/ since their Kickstarter (about 2 years). I LOVE it! No subscriptions and it allows me to give access via wifi (SAS) to other folk! Great for apartment dwellers that can't change the installed locks!

I like the Ring alarm system! It is perfect for when your far from home and need to check in to see if anything is going on. It also notifies you when someone is approaching your home. I like the fast motion detections, it helps to see right away if anyone trespassed.

I like the Schrade smart lock. They've been in business forever, so I figure they know what they're doing. I do think they are licensing some of their tech from Ring, though. Lol....

August is what we use at work, and I like it. No need for another app if I use the same tools at home!
