I've tried a PS4 headset and a Samsung VR headset in store. I've not purchased one though.

I have a few. I watch movies on them but have yet to be able to pair to a media player. I'd rather not have a laptop or pc powered to watch a movie. The best I've been able to do is use a sandisk wifi thumb drive.

I have the original Oculus and have really enjoyed it. I'd be interested in this stand-alone platform and see how it compares.

The Oculus Go is a great entry into the VR realm to help decide if you're willing to actively participate in VR (it's not for everyone) - The Quest is the next logical step up and am looking forward to picking one up on Black Friday.
