Yes, I have a 4k fire stick and Samsung 4k tv to stream 4k content.

We just got a new TV at the beginning of the year, so yes, we are finally able to stream 4k.

Xfinity gig service. Streaming using a plex server, fire stick, nvidia shield and roku. Mesh system would do wonders to smooth out any lag.
