I've tried Music, but not Unlimited... I'm sure it would sound better with Echo Earbuds.

Haven't tried it yet but a friend gifted me some store credit, so I'm on my way to try it now.

I have not tried it, mostly because I don't like the streaming service you get with Prime. I just think they're too unfocused to have really good streaming apps. Plus I have Google/YouTube music.
