True...overclocking the the Wraith Spire won't get you much. Usually you'd want a X370 for big overclocks anyway...but if you are paying for a great cooler, it'd be hard not to recommend the Ryzen 2700X even though you pay a little more for it, as it comes with a better cooler (still not high-end air or AIO liquid quality,of course) and you don't have to overclock for great performance because of the GPU-like auto clock boosting the processor does given power and thermal headroom.
All that said, this is still a good deal for a good set of products, although the board has slightly lower reviews than I'd prefer.

If you get this and want to overclock the Ryzen, you'll find the Wraith cooler inadequate.
