Reviews are mixed but some state that it shrinks a lot in the wash, and considering that it's 100% cotton, that wouldn't be surprising. If you normally wear a medium, I'd try a large, though it depends on how you're built. At least one reviewer stated it is tight in the top/back, so may be straight cut. It's hard to tell much from the model wearing it because their models tend to be ectomorphs.
