This is a really good deal on a solid laptop. Dell gives a 90 day warranty on their refurbished items and if something is going to go wrong with refurbs it is usually pretty quick. I work in tech support and have a lot of confidence in Dell and their products.
Solid laptop, however, I would caution that today when purchasing a laptop you may wish to look at the type of software and its requirements prior to purchasing. Not everyone needs a monster laptop with crazy RAM, hard drive space, etc. However, many programs today require a lop more CPU processing power. Many of these laptops come in at 1.9 GHZ - 2.10 GHz. If you use many dictation software (due to mental disability or physical - carpal tunnel), you may need 2.2 or higher. Other than that a solid laptop.
