Almost 6000 reviews averaging 4.5/5 stars... if they are fake, that's a heck of a lot of them. Looking at a few, they look too detailed and variable in composition to be fake. Fakespot.com gives them a B rating.
The active ingredient is recognized as effective for the purpose among homeopathic remedies, and yes it is poisonous in large quan***ies (as is Tylenol, etc) so don't take an extreme amount at once.
