Last year my other half did something like this, rebates rebates and more rebate. I figured I would not see this cash again. To my surprise all were received. The million dollar question, would I do this again, NO.
Agreed, looks like more work that its worth for a bunch of low end appliances some you may not want or need. If you are young, starting out, and have too much time on your hands it might make sense, but I'm none of those.

Generally every single of one of these plus some more that you'll use once a year will all be on sale at sub $10 at Macy's and other places this week.
