These vendors are skirting the $600 law where if vendors sell above that, they ahve to do the irs form and send a w2 or w4 or soemthing and you are reported. So they sell below that.

This is a for profit affiiate deal site-Not Craigslist. BB gets paid referral % for sell through based on the merchants' programs. I cant' say for sure if BB also gets paid for just click throughs, but many members say that is the case.
^ Click through payouts are pretty rare these days, I don't even think **** sites do that any longer. It's just too easy to manipulate the counts if you have an army of 'bots.
